We built this house with MI Homes in 2009, closing on 9/9/09. The house is a simple open concept floor plan with a downstairs study/bedroom and formal dining room. The kitchen, living room and breakfast area are graciously open, and there is a screened in porch adjacent to the living room/breakfast area. Behind the kitchen sits an additional room for extra storage or computer work space. The pantry is very large with shelving on two walls. There are three upstairs bedrooms, including the master bedroom and bath. Also upstairs is a large (450 sq feet) bonus room over the garage. We are currently using the house as a five bedroom home. Total square feet = 3105.
Building upgrades include: tigerwood hardwood floors throughout (except for downstairs study and upstairs secondary bedrooms and bonus room), upgraded tile in the bathrooms, quartz countertops, stone fireplace (gas), screened in porch, finished bonus room, and surround sound prewiring in living room and bonus room.
Additonal upgrades (after building): tankless hot water heater (9/2013), kitchen renovation with refinished/repainted cabinets and wall paint (12/2013), lawn replaced with drought-resistant zoysia (5/2013), new kitchen water filtration system and new faucet (11/2012), ceiling fans placed in all upstairs rooms, bonus room, living room, and screened porch.
